Community Enablers

Respond! is working with estate respresentatives who wish to improve their community for the benefit of all. These representatives, or "Enablers" work voluntarily with Respond! staff, other residents, support workers and agencies and Cluster group members from other estates in the region to:
  • develop programmes of activity for adults and children, especially those who are experiencing most disadvantage

  • work on estates to coordinate communtiy activities and services

  • develop a community plan with resident needs in mind
