Company Profile

Respond! was established in 1982 as a Company limited by guarantee, with charitable status, and in 1984 we were approved by the Department of Environment, Heritage and Local Government as a Housing Association.

We are a volunteer led organisation with a Board of five volunteer directors, including one Executive Director. The board is supported by a Senior Management Team comprising of Respond!'s Managing Director, Company Treasurer, Head of Operations and Legal Manager. In addition to this, we have a staff of more than 350 personnel.
