Respond! has always been committed to education and training, not only for our own Residents during pre and post-tenancy courses, but also Local Authority Residents, Respond! and Local Authority Staff and other members of the wider community. Since 1982, we have pioneered Resident Management Systems, Pre and Post Tenancy training for all Respond! residents (and Local Authority Residents upon request) and have instituted practices that are now considered standard in social housing provision in Ireland. Respond! has developed considerable expertise in housing and has worked extensively with Local Authorities in training initiatives.
