The Capital Assistance Scheme was first introduced in 1984 and is generally used to provide accommodation in the form of one and two bedroom units/houses for those with specialist housing needs such as the elderly, people with disabilities or the homeless.

Every housing application must be accompanied by a completed referees form that can be downloaded here.
