Respond! aims to to design, develop and maintain estates to the highest architectural and environmental standards, including providing community facilities for all our residents. We aim to create homes where people want to settle and live.

The purpose of the Respond! Tenant Handbook is to provide our Tenants with important information regarding their home, estate and tenancy in a readable and straightforward manner.

The Capital Assistance Scheme was first introduced in 1984 and is generally used to provide accommodation in the form of one and two bedroom units/houses for those with specialist housing needs such as the elderly, people with disabilities or the homeless.
