Pat Cogan, ofm

Pat Cogan, ofm is a Franciscan Priest and Founder-Director of Respond! Housing Association. He graduated with a B.A. in philosophy in 1968 and a B.D. and STL in theology in Rome, in 1970 and 1971 respectively. Pat has worked in a range of pastoral settings and has been instrumental in various initiatives in adult education, employment opportunities, and most significantly, in social housing. He is the Executive-Director of Respond! and works in a full-time voluntary capacity. Having served on many local, regional and national committees at State, Semi-State and NGO levels, he now sits on the Board of Directors of the Housing Finance Agency, and the PVG: Performance Verification Group of Local Government (both as a Ministerial Nominee).
