John Hannigan

John Hannigan is Company Treasurer of Respond! and Vice President of the Irish Council for Social Housing. He has 13 years experience in the Housing Sector at Deputy Chief Executive and Group Finance Director level. John qualified as a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 1989, achieving Fellowship status in 1992 and graduated from Warwick Business School with an MBA in 2002 where he then lectured in areas of Public Finance Administration and Social Entrepreneurship. John now lectures on the BSS in Housing & Community Studies, and the ICSH Development Programme on Contract Management and Selection.
