For 25 years Respond! has been at the forefront of providing high quality, low cost housing under a variety of governmental and private schemes. Respond! employs its own professional in-house design team of more than 20 architectural and technical staff. However, we have also purchased developments on a turn-key basis.
ATTENTION CONTRACTORS / SUBCONTRACTORSRespond! Housing Association is seeking expressions of interest from Plumbers, Electricians and General Maintenance Contractors interested in carrying out maintenance / repair works on its housing stock across the country. Panels of interested parties will be assembled on a regional basis for the carrying out of works.
Minimum Criteria required to be considered include:
- Current C2 Registration
- Minimum Insurance Levels
- Public Liability €6,500,000
- Employers Liability €6,500,000
- References from previous clients (4)
