Respond! Family Housing

Respond! is committed to providing housing to families and anyone else in need of accommodation (where possible we provide housing in integrated estates). Respond! aims to provide homes that are modern and of a very high quality.

In Respond! developments with more than 20 homes, we provide communal facilities that are available to all our residents. Within these Community Buildings, we provide childcare, after-school facilities, homework clubs etc, as well as other training and education opportunties. Prior to occupying a Respond! home, all residents take part in Pre-tenancy training and we also offer post-tenancy training following move-in.
