Respond wishes to contract a researcher or team of researchers to conduct an evaluation of its national Family Hub / Supported Temporary Accommodation services. This is an open invitation to tender, seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced researchers or teams of researchers.

The closing date for receipt of completed tenders is the 30.08.2019. Incomplete tenders, tenders that do not follow the format prescribed above, or tenders received after the closing date will not be considered.

Respond welcome An Bord Pleanála decision in relation to 101 residential units

Respond welcome the An Bord Pleanála decision of 12.07.2019 in relation to 101 residential units and associated site works at High Park, Grace Park Road, Drumcondra, Dublin 9 as a Strategic Housing Development under Section 4 of the Planning and Development (Housing) and Residential Tenancies Act 2016. We have now entered the eight week period which allows for Judicial Review of the decision to grant on procedural grounds.

In the event there is no Judicial Review is lodged we anticipate it will be approximately 12 months before construction works begin onsite. While the duration of works has yet to be confirmed we anticipate it will be between 2 and 2.5 years.
