Copper Beech View in Roscrea, Co Tipperary was designed by Respond Housing Association and built by Frank McGrath Construction. Completed in 2008, the estate contains 27 family homes and 15 homes for older persons. Copper Beech view was completed with the support of North Tipperary County Council and with funding from the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government. The estate contains a community building where residents have organised a number of seasonal event for children on the estate.
