At the conclusion of their recent review of both companies the Boards of Respond and of Respond (Support) Ltd decided to retain the independent company status of both companies: both have had independent corporate status for many years: since 1982 for Respond and 1993 for Respond (Support).  The ongoing sustainability of each of the companies will be further strengthened by the appointment of a Chief Executive Officer to each of them.  Both companies will be so managed as to continue the harmonious and fruitful relationship that exists between them.
