It is in our ethos that the needs of the children are best met through involvement and through partnership with parents, as we recognise that parents are the PRIMARY EDUCATORS of children.

We believe that each child should be encouraged to work at their own pace, and that each child should be treated with respect and their choices should be respected. Every child should be given the opportunity to reach his/her full potential.

We aim to:

• To provide a quality childcare service for children regardless of race, religion, gender or ability, where there will be happy children, caring and fully trained staff and happy parents with a positive relationship between the three.
• To operate an open door policy for parents.
• To provide a safe, secure, stimulating and child friendly environment, which respects, supports and encourages children to express themselves as individuals.
• To value all children as individuals and appreciate their uniqueness.
