Who we are
VISION
As a people focussed, listening and learning organisation, Respond’s ethos of professional development and up-skilling is reflected in our employee engagement rate of 8.1 (out of 10)
“The reason why I [joined Respond] was to get more involved in a place that’s being more effective in terms of delivering housing and working with all kinds of people as well to do that… I wanted to be more part of the solution.“
Moll Linehan – Development Coordinator
“In this past two years we have delivered well over 1,000 homes, which is really significant. That’s a thousand families who are no longer on the waiting list. It makes a big big difference to their lives. “
Michael Hamill – Senior Development Manager
Life at Respond
We have a culture of care, respect and support, which means working with great people who listen and respond to needs. This undoubtedly contributes to our employee engagement score of 8.1 (out of 10) and our employee net promoter score (eNPS)* of 42.
*eNPS, is a scoring system designed to help employers measure employee satisfaction and loyalty within their organisation. eNPS scores can, theoretically, range from +100 (every employee is a Promoter) to -100 (every employee is a Detractor) so to get your eNPS = %Promoters – %Detractors = eNPS A good eNPS score is between 10 and 30; above 30 is excellent!
