The HUB is a new initiative from St John of God, working out of the Community Building in Easton Meadows, Leixlip. The aim is to help all their clients who attend this service to integrate into the local community. This will be based around a new Community Project – to create a Community Sensory Garden in the existing Courtyard/Maze area.

This is a joint community endeavour between Respond, the local Residents, Leixlip Tidy Towns and St John of God. A grant application was made to Intel, Leixlip to be included in their Pride of Place Awards and we were lucky to receive a grant of €2,500. We will keep you updated on this Project as it develops.
