Respond, one of the largest construction-led Approved Housing Bodies and service providers in Ireland, wishes to appoint a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation into its next exciting phase of growth.

With more than four decades of experience, Respond is a significant player in providing high-quality social and cost rental homes and creating vibrant neighbourhoods for thousands of families and individuals across the country. On target to have over 4,000 homes in construction, Respond is committed to addressing the housing crisis through increasing the national housing stock and providing professional and effective services for communities. Respond has a presence in all 26 counties.

Candidates will have:

• demonstrated success in a senior leadership position,
• proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders across the public and private sector,
• strong financial acumen and risk management expertise,
• experience advocating for policy change and
• an affinity with the mission and nature of the work being undertaken by Respond.
• Familiarity with the housing, property or construction sectors and/ or the provision of community services is advantageous but not essential.
