This mixed tenure development comprises 32 apartments across two apartments buildings and includes 29 Cost Rental apartments and 3 social homes.
Cost Rental is an affordable housing scheme, available to those who earn €59,000 (net) per annum, with rents set at least 25% below market rate.

These turnkey homes were financed via a mix of private funding, a CREL and CALF loan.
