Respond Opens Applications for New Cost Rental Duplexes at Albert Avenue

The 29 homes include 16 one-bedroom and 13 two-bedroom apartments

Respond, one of Ireland’s leading Approved Housing Bodies and service providers, has opened applications for 29 new high-quality and secure Cost Rental homes in Albert Avenue, Bray, this week. These homes are targeting those who earn up to €59,000 (net) per annum who do not qualify for social housing and who are often struggling to pay rents in the Private Rental Sector.

The 29 homes include 16 one-bedroom and 13 two-bedroom apartments, with rents set at least 25% below market rate:

  • 1-bedroom apartment: €1495
  • 2-bedroom apartment: €1644
