Respond, one of Ireland’s leading Approved Housing Bodies and service providers, has opened applications for eight new high-quality and secure Cost Rental homes in Dun an Ri, Athlone, Westmeath. These homes are targeting those who earn up to €59,000 (net) per annum who do not qualify for social housing and who are often struggling to pay rents in the Private Rental Sector.
The eight units include four two-bedroom and four three-bedroom duplexes, with rents set at least 25% below market rates:
2-bedroom duplex: €1275.
3-bedroom duplex: €1491.

Tenant Experience
Dun an Ri has been designed with tenants’ quality of life at its core. Each home features modern appliances, an energy-efficient A-rated BER, and access to extensive local amenities including schools, shops, and public transport.
The duplexes are furnished with flooring, blinds and white goods such as a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave and a washer/dryer.
Situated in a lively community, the estate sits between the southern banks of Lough Ree and the heart of Athlone Town. Located just off the M6 Junction 10 and Ballymahon Road, the development is easily accessed via the motorway system.
