Dublin, 28/10/2025: Respond, one of Ireland’s leading Approved Housing Bodies and service providers, has opened applications for 67 new Cost Rental homes at Lisieux Park (Sandyford, Dublin 18).
The new homes form part of a wider 203 homes mixed tenure development, designed to provide high-quality, secure and affordable housing for individuals and families who earn up to €66,000 (net) per annum and are priced out of the private rental market.
The Cost Rental homes comprise:
Rents are set at least 25% below market rates, providing long term affordability and security of tenure. Applications can now be submitted via www.respond.ie/cost-rental.
Tenant Experience
Located at the foot of the Dublin mountains, Lisieux Park offers tenants the best of both worlds – excellent transport links to Dublin city centre and a strong local community. Lisieux Park has been designed with tenants’ quality of life and community at its core. Each A-rated home features modern, energy efficient design and appliances, with underground parking available and access to landscaped courtyards and shared open spaces.
Respond’s on-site support team, including a Tenant Relations Officer, Community Support Worker, and Building Supervisor, will ensure a smooth move-in process and help nurture a strong sense of community from day one. Respond received a 95% rating in our Tenant Satisfaction Survey 2024.

Partnership Delivery
Lisieux Hall has been delivered in partnership with Dun Laoighaire-Rathdown County Council, the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, and the Housing Finance Agency and The Housing Agency, with construction led by Connack Construction Limited, Red Willow Limited, Alber Developments and Duffy. The development was funded by a mix of Capital Advance Leasing Facility (CALF) and Cost Rental Equity Loan grants from the Government and Housing Finance Agency.
A Growing National Pipeline
Respond currently provides homes for 19,746 people in 8,510 homes across Ireland. The organisation has 3,458 homes under construction, including social and Cost Rental housing.
